We strive to ship orders within the timeframe specified in our shipping policy 7 -10 business days (Please note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, and shipping time.), but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or customs delays for international orders.

Return and Refund policy
At Le' That Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please review our refund and return policy below:
1. Damaged or Defective Products
1.1. We take great care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@lethatbeauty.com within 72 hours of delivery.
1.2. In your email, please include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and clear photos of the affected product. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is warranted.
1.3. If a refund or replacement is approved, we will process it as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. Handmade Products
2.1. Please be aware that most of our products are handmade, and slight variations may occur from batch to batch. These variations are inherent to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects. Our lip glosses, for example, are filled to a specific level marked on the tube. Upon wand removal, you may notice a void and displacement of gloss, which is normal.
2.2. If you receive a product that differs slightly from the product description or photos on our website, it is not eligible for a refund or replacement unless it is significantly different from what was advertised.
3. Returns
3.1. We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. All sales are final.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
4.1. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
4.2. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to inquire about the status of your shipment. We recommend reaching out to the carrier as soon as possible to initiate an investigation.
4.3. Please always double check your address before purchase. A package with an incorrect address may be returned to sender by carrier.
5. Refusal of Package
5.1. If you refuse a package due to import taxes or other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund for the order.
